Accuracy
AI-generated responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You should verify important information independently.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our apps for any illegal or harmful purposes
- Submit content that is offensive, abusive, or violates others’ rights
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with our apps or services
- Use our apps to cheat on exams or violate academic integrity policies
- Share or distribute copyrighted material without permission
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Terms
Some apps may offer subscriptions for premium features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of any questions, text, or photos you submit through our apps. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely to provide our app services (such as processing through AI).
Our Content
All app design, features, logos, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use our content without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- Our apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI responses will be accurate or suitable for your needs
- Our apps will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Academic consequences from relying on AI responses
- Device damage or security issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription (if any) in the past 12 months.
Educational Use Disclaimer
Our apps are designed to help students learn and understand concepts. However:
- Students are responsible for following their school’s academic integrity policies
- AI responses should be used as learning aids, not as a substitute for your own work
- Teachers and institutions may have specific policies about using AI tools
Changes to Our Apps
We may update, modify, or discontinue features or the entire app at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates or support.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our apps at any time by deleting them from your device.
